Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Customized products, gemstone setting, rings, pendants, or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time. The estimated dispatch time will be communicated during order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
